Hobby Lobby OralArguments Updateby Gaius Famius Published March 28, 2014 During the weeks since our last article, “The Fatal Flaw of the Hobby Lobby Case”, we have seen very little new information, and both sides have become more entrenched in their arguments. Oral arguments in front of the Supreme Court on Tuesday, March 25th, did not bring any surprises, but were none the less interesting. |
ACA: The Genocide Machine for the Baby Boom Generationby Gaius Famius Published March 03, 2014 [Note: The following article is very religious in nature and looks at why, from the Christian perspective, America, considered a Christian country by most people, has been burdened with the leadership it has and the ACA healthcare system that leadership has imposed.] The problems with the ACA healthcare system reach far beyond mandated abortion and abortifacients. It is clearly apparent from the design of ACA that it is designed to do two things. The first is to usher in a single payer system. The second is to start a genocide of the baby boom generation so that the baby boom generation will not have to be paid for in it's retirement. A genocide that will be completed under a single payer system. |
The Fatal Flaw in theHobby Lobby Caseby Gaius Famius Published February 16, 2014 [Note: The following article was written with long consultation and review by a practicing, bar-admitted tax attorney, who has requested to remain anonymous in order to protect his practice from retaliatory persecution by the IRS.] The Hobby Lobby case, which is similar to over seventy other cases in the court system, was chosen by the United States Supreme Court to represent all of these cases for the Supreme Court's ruling. There is an HHS mandate, part of the Obamacare law interpretation and implementation, that mandates all employers of a certain size, both profit and non-profit, to provide certain basic required medical benefits, which HHS has determined will include the availability of contraceptives and abortifacient drugs. |
Heritage Foundation Article on Abortion Fundingby Gaius Famius Published January 29, 2014 There is a current article/paper, called a backgrounder, by Sarah Torre of the Heritage Foundation, citation below, that provides some good research and thoughts on abortion funding and Obamacare. There is no need for us to rewrite the article, so we only highlight a couple of points below and recommend that you read it for yourself. This article confirms some of the previous research and suppositions that we have previously published ourselves. |
What We Saw At the March for Lifeby Gaius Famius Published January 29, 2014 We apologize for there being such a long period of time between email posts. We went to the March for Life in Washington, D.C., and that took a chunk out of our time. When we got home, we had to work overtime hours to make up for skipping our day jobs. The snowstorm was a breath of fresh cold air, but completely unexpected. Based on weather forecasts of a week of 40s weather, we packed lightly, expecting shirt sleeve weather. We discovered that it is nearly impossible to buy good winter clothes in D.C. So we ended up wearing layers of T-shirts and light winter jackets. All of our good winter clothes were waiting patiently for us when we got home. At least the heater in the car worked. At the March for Life we took 1400 photos. Within a week or two, we will be publishing a free eBook with selected photos in it. As you can imagine, it takes awhile to wade through 1400 photos and pick out the best ones. |
State of the Unbornby Gaius Famius Published January 28, 2014 During the 64 minute State of the Union speech by President Obama, not a single word was uttered about the ongoing slaughter and holocaust of Unborn babies in America. During the 64 minute State of the Union speech, approximately 147 Unborn babies were slaughtered. Had these 147 babies been killed in a school shooting during the State of the Union address, the President would have interrupted his speech to pay homage to these 147 slaughtered babies. Not a word. |
Thoughts on the Injustices of the Supreme Courtby Gaius Famius Published January 14, 2014 So that no one misunderstands what we are about to write below, let us state up front where we stand on the issue of abortion and abortion clinics. Abortion is the murder and execution of Unborn baby humans in all circumstances, without exceptions. Abortion clinics are the slaughterhouses where these crimes against humanity are committed. As a crime against humanity, abortionists and abortion clinics have forfeited all of their own civil rights, and in a world that actually possessed justice, they would be hounded to the ends of the earth until they could be arrested and tried for these crimes. Their clinics would be treated as crime scenes and seized by the local government and held for evidence. Communities would come together, and en masse, block off access to these “clinics” and prevent their use, just as a just community would do everything possible to shut down a storefront run by a serial killer that advertised for children to be brought in and slaughtered by the serial killer's knife. For that is exactly what abortion is. |
The Nuns of Little Sisters Understandby Gaius Famius Published January 08, 2014 The nuns of Little Sisters understand that it is not just whether or not one directly pays for abortion that matters, but whether or not one is made complicit with abortion in any manner. They have a clear path where they do not have to pay for abortions directly, but because that clear path requires them to sign a piece of paper in order to opt out that makes them complicit with the offering of abortion drugs to their employees by “deputizing a third party” to provide them, they are refusing to sign the paper, even though it won't cost them a single dime. |
The Non-Elective Abortion Deceptionby Gaius Famius Published January 04, 2014 Not only is the Obama administration and HHS misleading us, but the pro-life movement is also misleading everyone by failing, in spite of clear evidence, to point out the undeniable fact that all Obamacare health insurance policies will cover abortion. We are continually being led to believe that there are insurance policies available, albeit only a few, that will not fund abortion. This is a complete and total lie. ALL Obamacare compliant insurance policies will fund abortion, whether obtained through an exchange or through an employer. |
